VictoryCMS
VictoryCMS is an open source content management system and web framework. VictoryCMS is designed to be extensible, modular, and adaptable; while at the same time being easy to use for building simple web sites, web portals, and complex web applications.
Our goal is to provide a complete content management system and web framework that is independent of any web server and database as long as it supports the PHP scripting language. The Victory content management system makes templates and web content easy to create and manage while at the same time providing the framework necessary to build complex and scalable web applications.

Although it is currently just a framework, the groundwork has been laid for the system to be useful for many different applications. Developments are made everyday towards our goals. Through our drive for technical excellence and the practice of test driven development along with object oriented design principles we have begun a code base that is both robust and very extensible.
We encourage developers, graphic artists, and many others to participate in the ongoing development.
